This Cookie Policy explains how August Legal Technologies, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on augustlaw.org (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy. The August document workbench itself - accessed by subscribing law firms - operates in a separate, authenticated environment and is governed by the subscription agreement for those firms.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognize your device, store preferences, and measure how the marketing site is used. We also use related browser storage technologies, such as localStorage, for session-level state (for example, recording that you have acknowledged this notice).
